One of our clients is looking for a Project Coordinator. As Project Coordinator you are responsible for multiple disciplines, all working together towards a common goal; delivering a project to full satisfaction of our clients: Safely, on time and within budget.

You use your experience to guide and motivate your team towards a successful result. You will combine your technical knowledge with your people skills to manage internal and external stake holders, wishes and expectations. The company is based in Eindhoven.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract documents, (quality) standards, safety and environmental regulations, quality plans, specifications, guidelines and benchmarks valid and applicable to the project.
• Monitor and control scope, project finance and schedule.
• Discuss and challenge the technical requirements with the client and your team.
• Assist in proposals / tenders.
• Maintain contact with clients and other stakeholders.
• Install and maintain project reporting.
• Lead the Quality & HSSE culture within your team.

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably with a technical background).
• You have proven organizing and planning skills.
• You possess knowledge of software relevant to the field.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.

Furthermore:

• You have strong negotiation skills.
• You have a good technical insight.
• You are always striving for the best results.
• You are strategically minded.
• You are able to solve ad-hoc problems quickly with clearly defined solutions.
• You show willingness to undertake travel and work with time away from the normal place of work both within and outside of the Netherlands (approximately 20%).
