Maintenance Logistics Warehouse Manager

Our client, situated in Beerse (Belgium), is looking for a Maintenance Logistics Warehouse Manager. This position makes you responsible for managing the daily warehouses, equipment, consumables, rentals, car and van fleet, warehouse personnel, periodic maintenance, repairs and certification.

Furthermore, you manage all logistics requirements inclusive of all mob and demob of the project, the warehouses of the company accordingly to the company standards, certification standards and country rules and regulations as industry guides and best practices and you manage, setup and maintain the data systems relevant to the tasks.


  • You are responsible for keeping the equipment up to date and registering/completing the material system administration.
  • You take care of common maintenance and certification of equipment.
  • You ensure equipment is certified according applicable rules and regulations.
  • You have access control of equipment and material in warehouse (through suppliers or projects).
  • You set out (approved) equipment and material needed for projects.
  • You are in charge to maintain clean work areas.
  • You know what equipment is being used for what project and follow up.
  • You make inspections, if qualified therefore. If not qualified: subcontract inspections/calibrations in consultation with the Management.
  • You execute correct warehouse management (including health and safety in the warehouse).
  • You take responsibility of waste management in warehouse.
  • You do the inspection and calibration of equipment.
  • You monitor equipment being used.
  • You avoid dangers to oneself and others and report dangers to one’s supervisor and other present employees.
  • You know how to use the provided business and protection equipment in a correct manner.


Who are you?

  • Have have an intermediate Technical degree or relevant experience.
  • You are highly organized, an excellent problem solver, with strong attention for detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Preferably you have a Degree in electrics, electronics or hydraulics.



  • You have knowledge of the Basic Safety Checklist Contractors.
  • You have technical knowledge of equipment to be inspected.
  • You have good knowledge of computer skills as an operator (office, software packages).
  • You have knowledge of English and Dutch.
  • You possess good communication and leadership skills.
