TRESIOS is currently seeking a committed Human Capital Consultant to enhance our team and contribute to the growth of our department. This dynamic role involves representing the company, finding solutions for clients, and participating in ongoing placements for global projects.

Collaborating closely with the Business Unit Manager Crewing & Careers, you’ll play a key role in approaching new and existing clients, selecting individuals, and ensuring their seamless integration into projects worldwide by training and education options for the right fit for the job. 

Responsibilities

• Actively approach our target audience, clients, and stakeholders, and identify opportunities within various projects.
• Maintain existing relationships and explore various client projects.
• Draft job descriptions, match candidates with roles, and manage the recruitment process.
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates and handle administrative tasks.
• Identify and reach potential candidates through relevant educational institutions and associations.

• Self-starter, proactive, and commercial-focused.
